Find someone that will be doing washing for you and another person who will be doing ironing for you. You pay the ironer 100naira for one cloth(this is usually called counting). You don't pay monthly. Then the washer, you may pay her monthly. Stanobel: |

I started using trams since 2011 and i still use trams till date I even used yesterday Since i started the highest i have taken is 400mg and that was the last time I maintain my 200mg jeje and I take it when i have too much work at hand to do and i need extra energy or as a way to reward myself for a job well done. I also make sure I don’t take it more than once a week. I think when people talk about addiction i just see them as greedy people who lost control of themselves. Because your hands can not force you to take drugs, except you allow your mind to control you which results to making you act. Na why i no dey pity addicts especially when it’s a man. I just see you as someone that lacks self control and you’re paying for it. If you like don’t man and do the needful you go pay tire |

DDDDDav:Try stop am wether U take small doses or large doses it's still abuse. Then it was every day morning afternoon and night with meals and in-between meals. It was fuckedup and we saw nothing wrong in it like it was fun. Stay healthy, workout, eat healthy, stay off artificial sweeteners, and there are other naturally healthy ways to last longer... That 200mg damages U gradually |

I would not recommend phenobarbitone. It's like using a hammer to cure headache. Phenobarbitone is habit-forming, and he can easily get addicted to this as well. The best thing is to seek proper medical advice from a health practitioner or find a rehab center. DuttyChuks: |

Ehismarkninetee:If you're having issues quitting cold turkey, why not start by halving your daily dose for the first 2 weeks and do not go back to the full dose. Then you halve it again for the next two weeks, then halve it once more before finally quitting. Do not have any stash at home so you're not overly tempted to not commit to your goal. Pray to God for strength and make sure you don't look back. |

dkidd:I ready don't see it as addiction. I am in total control of it. I can't remember the last time I took 200mg. What I take is 100mg whenever I decide to and I only take it when I wanna knack. Tram just gives this extra strength and feel good in the other room. It doesn't drain me financially, N250 per week. That's less than 10% of what I dash out weekly |

Love800:A teaching hospital is higher than a general hospital in Nigeria health care system.... Why i asked you to go to a general hospital is that, you'll meet with a doctor that specialises in what's wrong with you.... If your case is more than what they can handle then they'll referee you to a teaching hospital |

Samantha125:I wonder how people survive taking that thing. Years back I was ill, and it was prescribed for me at a hospital. i didnt even know was a TM, but after i took it for like twice, the reaction was something else. I went back to the hospital, and the doctor said, "Oh that means you react to TM," and i was like shio! TM ? i thought the health management agencies kick against the use and he said yes, but it can be used with a medical prescription. I said, 'Dr., give me an alternative.'" In fact, I became well immediately after I stopped taking it. The reaction of TM is something you shouldn't try to get used to. @OP, pls seek help from the nearest hospital or rehab home. Don't waste time. That issue of seizure alone should make u run out to find help. It is well with you. |

If someone is addicted to tramadol for delaying ejaculation and is experiencing negative effects, here’s a simple and effective approach to quitting: 1. Gradual Reduction (Tapering Off) Stopping suddenly can cause withdrawal symptoms. Reduce the dose gradually over a few weeks. Example: If taking 200mg, reduce by 50mg every few days until stopping completely. 2. Replace with Natural Alternatives Instead of tramadol, try: Pelvic floor exercises (Kegels): Strengthens control over ejaculation. Start-stop technique: Pause stimulation when close to climax, then resume. Condoms or delay sprays: Reduce sensitivity naturally. 3. Stay Hydrated & Eat Healthy Eat foods rich in zinc (oysters, nuts) and magnesium (bananas, spinach) for better stamina. Drink plenty of water to help flush out the drug. 4. Seek Medical Support A doctor can prescribe safe alternatives like SSRIs or mild numbing creams. Counseling or therapy can help address psychological dependence. 5. Stay Active & Avoid Triggers Exercise daily to improve stamina. Avoid environments or habits that make you crave tramadol. |

I don't have to look far. I am a living testimony. I don't do drugs nor addicted. but I ones carelessly took what a friend offered me. that was 2017, in delta state, during my NYSC, I had a violence seizure. I was in class in front of my student. I woke up in the hospital. Thank God for teachers that colleague God used for my rescue. I just came back from my ICAN exam when the incident happened so the presumed I was stressed out or something. That was the first time I had seizure in my life and I didn't even know what happen, it was people that was telling everything. If you give me anything to drink or take now, I will ask question ooo! I don't want to die before my time. even alcohol, I stopped it completely. Only God can save. Philinks: |

Remijuice:Pls don't advise him to go buy phenobarbitone and start taking it. Nigerians just take medication without prescription. Has he been seen by a neurologist. There are many things that could have contributed to his seizures. Maybe stopping his addiction can also stop his seizures. |
