Next is to stop constructing roads since most of the contract money is stolen.

Nothing was given to you.

Remember they own the Dollar and it's used globally. So, what they do is that the US Federal reserve bank will print so called money (which is nothing but printing paper to them) and spread it across the world to entice governments. Don't worry, the government will pay back in other ways.

Imagine the Nigerian Naira was used globally. What the CBN would have done instead of printing the new N1,000 notes that's everywhere now, would be to print Naira, then spread the money across the world through so called aid.

If ALL the countries that receive the so called aid from the US reject it all at once, the US will go bankrupt.

Trump is cutting and gutting welfare to primarily Americans.
His foreign actions is just a side-effect of cutting government spending.
If you know anything about the US, you would have recognized that Trump is
implementing proto-libertarian policies of reducing government spending on citizens
to the barest minimum. It is believed that everything should be left to private for-profit
organization to run.

He is even preparing to sack thousands of federal workers in few months time.

Some of his freezes have even impacted the medicaid you mentioned.
If Trump has his way, he will remove 100% of the government welfare spending on Americans,
medicaid, medicare just name it.
