Sharia panel:

**Muslim Religious leaders settling dispute and resolution between two or more Muslims in term of conflict.

*** in charge of Nikkai marriage/ Waleemah

*** In charge of divorce between a Muslim couple if both parties agree to use sharia law.

***Making peace between Husband and wife if there is conflict.

*** Applying sharia rights in sharing properties after divorce.

*** Applying sharia right in sharing the deceased property between wife/wives, children and family if such person doesn’t have a will.

This is what sharia panel entails not cutting people’s hand for adultery.

I dislike misinformation that’s why I’m posting this, and please don’t be unfortunate.

It is not a court but an independent panel that oversees the affairs of Muslim in community.

This panel judgement is mainly for Muslim.

The panel judgement can never override the constitution of the state.

They are not lawyers but religious leaders.

Its shocking to see Kanu brothers go about crying more about matter, but since i realized IQ is geographically influenced, I now understand why they struggle to understand that this Sharia thing is meant for just muslims and that its well within their religious tenets
