Oh! So because it's built directly on fence meaning it's waste of money? And it doesn't worth showcasing?? This is part of what brought me to limelight here on Niaraland,and for the facts I've handled/handling bigger projects which I show case them here doesn't mean I won't showcase the little ones. My target is not only for the big Men but also to the low earners who thought they can't have their own roof over their head due to the high cost of materials.

it's simple sir. A self con in school area is 400k here in Ekiti multiply by 10rooms making 4m with option of increasing the rent every two years. Apartment is even cheaper in ekiti compare to Other places I've helped clients built hostels.

If 35m can actually deliver 10 units of such standard 400k selfcon, then I will say it's a good long term investment.

A plot is 2m plus, depending on location. My Client recently got two plots at 5m.

If your place is secured you can do that.. But you get all windows including burglary and the all the entrance doors fixed.. If the place is not secure or having doubting mind you can pull only the lighting cables and tell the pop installer not to expose or bring them down during their own installation.

Electrician will do the necessary thing during markings and installation of light fittings

It is a good thing to get a qualified engineer or a builder to handle the project.
Has far as the negotiation is concern it base on the total work to be carried out also the technicality of he job to be done.
