Whatever is the case just at the back of your thoughts try to stick to 60 days to get the work done. Any extra and unforseen circumstances shouldn't be more than an extra 7 days.

They sell the cut marble for about #40k per square meter.
The artisan might charge up to #10k per square meter to install it.
Let me know if you would need the contact of the person that did this one.

Tips
The people selling the marble might try to sell you the off white color or the light brown color. Those ones are not marble, they are other natural stone. Insist on the white and black

My mum have been speaking with him because I'm currently not in the country. I will be returning soon to discuss extensively with him and negotiate. So I want to be armed with enough information before going into the discussion as I will not be in the country during the renovation. Please find attached the old model of the building ( the ground floor is the same as first floor ) and the new model (few changes were made verbally to change the 4 bdrm flat to 3 bdrm flat and a room and parlor self contain ). I appreciate your and everyone else's input
