This doesn't make any sense coming from you; Amaechi was just a minister, Buhari was the president, he doesn't have the power to situate the University where he likes!

You seem not to know what was actually happening, the university was singlehandedly floated by the ministry of transportation and so he had the right to influence its location but he had an ulterior motive and did otherwise thinking it will make buhari endorse him

If i may ask you, where is the Army university located? Where is the Air Force university located? And ao many others in the Buhari administration? These ones where located in the community of the current chief of army and air staff at the time , did buhari oppose them? Lt Gen Buritai and Air Vice Marshall Abubakar all licated these universities in theor communities but somehow you think the location wasn't determined by the minister but Buhari .

There is no reason a specialized institution of transportation involving maritime studies and the rest should be located in that place but Rotimi thought otherwise because of his ambition leading to him been crown Dan Amana if i got it correctly and then dumped. They never learn, a bird you have currently is better than a million in the bush.
