The woman even gave him an option of going back to Nigeria for a while or getting another space so they see how to resolve the issue with time and he said instead of leaving for Nigeria, he’ll get a divorce. My coworker in Uk , the wife cut the back of his kneck , drove him out of the house and took custody of thier two kids they brought from Nigeria with as per japa level. He ended up staying in Air bnb for two months before finding his feet again. Luckily he is the main one holding the COS while wife is a dependant.

If he is an American citizens they will still try to extort him. I think he did scorched earth on them. The woman will have no 15k to receive. When the kids grow up they will see the news and will know their mom for the monster she is.

Also, if you're in child support arrears you cannot travel anyway. They won't issue you a passport. They won't even issue you a driver's license.

- You're probably right. But the initial problem was going to the fraudulent US court system which then initiated those procedures. If he was streetwise or had decent friends around him, he wouldn't have stepped a foot in that court in the name of "custody" battle. Kids are growing humans that doesn't require "ownership". He should have left the USA in the first instance. He had age, health and good education on his side to do as he pleases in Nigeria or elsewhere.
