The system in the west has almost enslaved men. Men are persecuted and endangered in many ways. Men have to be almost as careful nowadays as black people had to be before the civil rights movement in the USA. Everything works against you. If a woman doesnt like you in your office - even if for NO reason at all - you might be walking the precipice of your career.
