Back in the days whenever I wanted to call people's attention, I'll say 'hoi'. Pple started calling me hoi and it stuck, I decide to adopt it as a username. I added another 'i' cos hoi was already taken

Easiest way is soak the beans in water for like 4mins, get a morter, put the bean inside and fill the morter, use pestle and be hitting it, hit for like 1min, remove the beans on top and put in a basin, continue putting more and hitting it like you wan grind am for morter, repeat the process, then come wash am again, you'll see that it will peal off

You are not correct. The gaseous substance is present in the entire bean. The fermentation process that ease removal of the skin happens to also release the gases.

Pour it in a blender and add boiling water to it, leave it for about 45 seconds and pulse about 6 times. Pour it into a big bowl, add lots of water and you will see the peels floating. That's the fastest way I know to peel beans.

Won't adding boiling water to the beans in a blender crack the blender cup?

If it is much you will see figments of it when the beans is not grinded properly.
However it forms part of the protein.
Those days in refectory the serve you cooked bean along side that. The cook no send anybody, eat or you go hungry.

Which kind of additional stress is this? After the stress of pounding, you will still transfer the beans into a basin to continue the stress.

Hell no. Soak the beans overnight and wash the following day. It won't take more than twenty minutes for all the peel to come off, especially honey beans and drum (the big seed variety). If you use the small seed variety you will hate yourself

No it wouldn't. That is what I do and everyone around me does the same. It is the fastest way to peel beans.

I wondered the same thing too, but sometime back, what I used to do was to get a quantity or a penter and grind it dry at the mill. With the skin. So, I had dry beans flour, which I could used at anytime and for anything. It was fine.

I had to stop when Oga mentioned I might be eating the beans with fertilizer and whatnot... grin

So now, I wash a few cups and take to the mill or I wash and store for when I want to use.

Now, you have your options there. What you see is what you get.

Or you try with like two cups of beans and see the result. It should inform your next decision.

Please, update on what you got!

Just add red tin tomatoes🍅🍅🍅 cos with the fiber; the moi moi will be darker in colour and less appealing/attractive to the eyes. That's all

In addition; you should frequent the toilet cos beans with the healthy skin in tact, has more Fiber; which helps bowel movement, reduce the risk of developing colon cancer
