You don't need to download any app android has inbuilt float app for that it's what I am using as my volume key don lost just go on YouTube for more insight

Set time for power on and the case is settled.

All you need do is when you're sure the the power is low and know where to charge in sight. Set the anticipated power on time. When the time reach, the phone will automatically come up

So, find a repairer first, and repair the “power button” first.

Then you can use it to still do your “...screen light off and on...” like as if nothing happened before.

Go and ask for the price to repair the power button if it's not more than 2k send me A DM and I will send you the money....

Looking for an app that can do this will only add to your Problem..

Go to settings -> Additional settings ->Accessibility menu-> Enable the Accessibility toggle. When prompted click allow and ok.
A stick man will appear at the bottom right of your screen. Press it. Use lock screen. Use fingerprint to turn on.
Edit: If you can't turn on your phone then make sure it doesn't die, stop using it at 20% or buy a power bank. Better still repair the phone.

Go to your phone SETTINGS, search for POWER SCHEDULE ON/OFF, click POWER ON, and set it to what time you always want your android to always ON anytime is OFF.
