The Nigerian woman behaved in a way she would not have done at Manchester Airport or any European airport.

Why should an airport worker in Kenya care about you calling Nigeria's Finance Minister

And why would you throw something unmentionable at a person doing their job, however angry you are. That's just horrid.

The narration by the Kenyan Airways Communication dept said it all. Look at how they intentionally left out what their employee did or said, saying the video didn't provide "full context" but went ahead to give detailed account of what the Nigerian passenger did or didn't do, what she said or didn't say . That's classic example of bias

the video is one side , read the story to understand what has transpired ... both of them deserves to be punished . the altercation symbolises lack of respect to one another .

When people act uncivil and unprofessional, it has nothing to do with the recipient of such unruly behavior and everything to do with the unreasonable professionals themselves.

But you're believing the same spokesperson about what they said about the Nigerian passenger throwing pads! I must say that you didn't use common sense

Any evidence that she didn't? We don't know what happened, we were not there. Screaming at airline staff wouldn't resolve the issue, they have the right to refuse her boarding, especially if she is abusive, she shoulda spoken to their manager.

Just like when police stops you on the road, you then carry phone and claim to be calling police commissioner to intimidate the police man.
