Was it their fault that you couldn't meet the requirements to pass through a European country?? In as much as we must always support ourselves as Nigerians, we should call a spade a spade. The explanation from Kenyan airways makes lot of sense. Our Nigerian sister tried to use intimidation but it did not work. Simply put, bad behavior.
I have been on Nigeria Airways flight early 2000s when at the airport naija people with over weight laugages were shouting that their load must get in the flight no matter what. I was once on afrqiya (Libyan airline) flight where a Nigerian was asking for extra water while food was been served, the cabin crew said that he had given him 4 bottles, he should wait till they serve all the passangers then they will give him. Omo, if you see the shouting from this guy in the aircraft, It got to a stage one of the Libyans crew told him if he wanted special service he should upgrade his ticket inflight to first class by paying $1000, omo guyman keep quite. Lol
2 years ago I checked into Qatar Airways at Heathrow, the lady thanked me, shoo, it was strange so I asked why, and she said I was the first Nigeria that did not stress her during checking in on that flight.
Anyway we must always support ourselves as Nigerians but also tell ourselves internally the truth. Behave well, shouting does not solve issues.

I agree. Sometimes visas requirements would depend on the kinda travel document one is travelling with, yours may not have required a transit visa.
