✅ Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
✅ Keep detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
✅ Assist with department initiatives and process improvements as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Previous experience in customer service or a related role.
🔹 Strong verbal and written communication skills.
🔹 Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
🔹 A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering positive experiences.
🔹 Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
🔹 Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps.
