YouTube Music mod still works, if you are cool with the UI and all. There are ways to transfer your playlists and songs from Spotify to YouTube Music....

I still used modded Spotify earlier this January but they stopped working after a few days.
I got tired of downloading different apks and just went for the official premium paid version over a week ago, (after getting bored stiff with freemium).
I miss Good music.... This people suffer me with inactivity for two weeks this year. 😭😭

I come dey think say na only me dey suffer am cos I go swap mods and Spotify now knows my IP and device.

It was Spotify not working for online payments over two years ago that made me swap to mods in the first place. Later heard naija banks and CBN were the ones that suspended online purchases cos of their stüpid ineffective policies in controlling exchange rate. 🙄

There is a particular function i needed Spotify for, hence my insisting on them, but around December after that news, i just clocked that the gig was up, no matter the number of mod you downloaded 😅.

So i switched permanently to Apple Music, which has always been my first choice anyway....better UI, better sound quality and surprisingly cheaper sub than Spotify albeit a little difference but still....no brainer!

Yes lol...1k...small difference sha 😅, and i was paying 550 sef per month at one time with my uni mail.



The UI part been better than Spotify is subjective, personally i prefer it. It's interactive, and when you switch to lyrics, there is this fine motion that goes along with it, and sometimes, in some songs, the lyrics even glow, these little details appeal to me, primarily because of my motion graphics design background 😅...but ultimately it boils down to personal preference.
