Nawa o. Why is everybody talking like this na? Didn't you read the response from Kenya Airways. The video doesn't show the full context of what happened. The passenger allegedly threw used sanitary towels at the agent. That's a no-no. Then she said she was in the phone with Nigeria's finance minister. Really? "Call your president if you like" They offered her an alternative route which she refused, even though she didn't have the required documentation. Why was the agent saying she wouldn't fly KA again? Because she was behaving rudely.

She needed a shengen transit visa-Type A for that route [NBO-CDG-MAN] .She was duly offer another route which she declined. Often times it's advisable getting tickets from an IATA travel agency whom would have advised her better or offered a better route via the GDS. I assume she booked this ticket on her own online via her smartphone.

The Nigeria lady who flew into Kenya from Manchester, England was delayed for 17 hours as stated in the full video and prevented from flying the connecting Kenya Airways flight to Lagos. She CLEARLY stated in the video that two other White folks had been taken care of and given food by the airline staff but whenever it comes to other African passengers, the Kenya Airways staff become condescending.

The FACT that she needed a change of sanitary pads should have been considered and the Kenyan lady had absolutely NO right to sharply retort condescendingly several times that the Nigerian woman should "call the Nigerian President" when the Nigerian female traveler said she was speaking on the phone to the Finance Minister. That response from the Kenyan woman deserves a very strong reprimand because it shows a total lack of tact on her part. Kenyan Airways will pay dearly for this example of bad customer service if that Kenyan female staff is NOT sanctioned. It really pays to listen attentively to the demands of clients (even the ones you think are being too difficult). You'll be surprised that at the end of the day, those clients who have complained will engage in REPEAT business with you and bring in more clients through referrals and improve your business outlook. This is the real world business environment we're talking about here. It must be Nigeria first just like Trump says America first from here on out! Period.
