Nawa4nl:T-Pain has also shown that we don’t have economic sense in the south. He has shown that we are clueless about managing the economy, thereby reversing the economic records of Jonathan and his team as well as those of Obasanjo and Awolowo. |

If he can defeat a whole president in power, party chairman and other notable key players from the North to emerged as presidential candidate and eventually became a president, it is now that he has almighty federal power that you want to defeat him? If they don't use PDP, and ignore governors, I wonder where the merger will get keg players to mobilizer voters for them. The people mentioning as possible presidential candidates are not even presentable to start with. It is quite unfortunate that we may have practically stuck with Tinubu until 2031. |

If goats have a sense to vote, they will jump past Tinubu because T=Pain has brought them hunger . |

arsenal33:Why promise return of fuel subsidy instead of deregulation of the energy sector and privatisation of NNPC with its refineries, which is what was done by PDP to the petrochemicals division of the corporation in 2006? Do you want big government to control businesses or do you prefer private companies ![]() |

anonimi:Economic records of Mr Jonathan. What economic record? Almost certainly the most ineffectual leader since 1999. During his time, Nigeria earned the most revenue from oil in its history, yet a few months to the end of his administration, Mrs Okonjoeweala declared all the money was gone and she resorted to borrowing to pay the salaries of federal civil servants. All the record revenue was stolen or frittered away. Mrs Deziani even helped herself with over 2 billion dollars. Yet, it is the man under which all these happened that you want to bring back ![]() Are you deluded. |

Distrust and lack of common purpose is the bane of opposition. Tinubu is too much for the divided house. He will win come 2027. |

When I see the structure that can really challenge PBAT in 2027 I will rejoice and take them serious. This one is a bunch of jokes. It even lacks direction, besides it's too early a stage for all this media show if they really mean business with that guy. |

AbuTwins:Write off Obi and labor party? When they already informed you that new party will emerge and Obi is among the presidential contenstant. Hate for Igbo is really affecting some of you yorubas mentally. Of all the people mentioned, it's only Obi and Labor party that your brain reason. |

| Re: 2027: Northern Leaders, Coalition Proponents Write Off PDP by Bendeco02: 7:57am On Feb 04, 2025 |
kunyeo:Yeah, speak for yourself. Other southern regions will join them. The point is that SW is very selfish and can't be trusted even with the reform. SW can join or do anything to have the power normally if the president is from other part of South. Now others have learnt the game |

Lol. Amachi, Jonathan, Tambuwal, El-Rufai, Atiku n Obi Imagine seeing these bunches as the last resort of my dear Country God forbid Anyway, they all seemed to be Àtíkù's tools Thank God, we are definitely going to see the work of Mr President now that his distracting agents are now having something to be busy upon... Of courseone one will have been considering giving their actions a chance but seen those they're putting forward as their possible candidates...hmmmm But the the truth is it's this time we're going to experience real campaigns. Yes, real campaigns. We're going to see whether we will have those that will argue that they are gona reverse the Subsidy removal, unification of Naira and the rest. May God spare our lives |

This is what I've always expected; they should dump PDP for Wike and then form a mega coalition |

Tflex01:And God will never come down to push Tinubu away and now that they are planning it,forget it,Tinubu is a gonner. Just like a northerner said, that it would be difficult to market Tinubu's candidacy in the north and marketing him would be like selling drugs. |
| Re: 2027: Northern Leaders, Coalition Proponents Write Off PDP by GetSenseNow: 8:16am On Feb 04, 2025 |
yarimo:Swear say you no dey fear. Atiku + Obi's votes during the last election was almost 2X those of tinubu. Imagine if it was an Atiku/Obi merger last election, tinubu wouldn't have seen 4th position, now check out how it'll be this time if Atiku and Obi merges, coupled with the animosity people now have for tinibu. Unless you thieves are banking on rigging and inec abracadabra, tinubu has no chances |

ChiefOloye:Whilst this is true about the long overdue demystification of the Northern cabal, sadly they still have some southern boy boys thay might hand power back to them. Imagine still wanting a less competent and literate person to Lord it over you because of crumbs at the table. |
| Re: 2027: Northern Leaders, Coalition Proponents Write Off PDP by nightsaint(m): 8:29am On Feb 04, 2025 |
APC ruined this country. It started with Buhari. There is little or nothing Tinubu could do to restore the economy to where it was before Buhari smashed it. Indeed, the single solution to Nigeria's current situation is a change. APC must go! Bobloco: |
| Re: 2027: Northern Leaders, Coalition Proponents Write Off PDP by Thiefobi1: 8:33am On Feb 04, 2025 |

AbuTwins:Oga stop deceiving yourself This propagand is now a stale. Drop Obi and Tinubu without rigging and know who the North will vote for. Normally North did not vote for Obi in 2023 because Atiku is there and most of them in core north don't actually know Obi much. Even as their elites rigged for tinubu on last election. He won only three states in Both NW and NE combined. Moreover Peter Obi won Plateau, Nasarawa, FCT e t c and got sustainable votes in Adamawa, Taraba and Kaduna with small party. Maybe these states are in the South |
| Re: 2027: Northern Leaders, Coalition Proponents Write Off PDP by Thiefobi1: 8:38am On Feb 04, 2025 |
GetSenseNow:Atiku or obi combination will not Garner that margin. The dynamics and permutations has changed. Middlebelt and south south will not back Atiku or obi. |
| Re: 2027: Northern Leaders, Coalition Proponents Write Off PDP by Bendeco02: 8:43am On Feb 04, 2025 |
Thiefobi1:As some of you talk sha Middle belt and South South indeed. Keep deceiving yourself So Obi will lose Plateau, Nasarawa and FCT that he won last time to tinubu? Give reason Is it that tinubu is performing well currently or what? Have you been to middle belt and know how they see tinubu? Even South South will vote for tinubu? ![]() Too much Nairaland has effect I know you depend on rigging but you will be disappointed this time |
| Re: 2027: Northern Leaders, Coalition Proponents Write Off PDP by Thiefobi1: 8:44am On Feb 04, 2025 |
Bendeco02:Forget 2023 the dynamics is different now. Have you ask yourself why most of PDP and labour members are moving to APC. Northern governors under APC are also strategising on how to succeed Tinubu in 2031. You will be shocked at the magnitude of number of votes Tinubu will received in 2027. |
