Most times its not even the amount. We can easily regain the amount and in this deal. I promised him an extra even once deal is complete. Its the frustration of being scammed by one irresponsible idiot.

Nairaland has helped many people countless number of times to avoid being victims of a scam, cos a simple google serach of a name and number will give more info about a character. The issue trended on twitter a while ago even and many people attested to that fact.

Most banks will respond with "initiated and confirmed" transactions are the user's responsibility and the customer service may just give advice and warnings to avoid situations like that next time.
