Afghan, Jordan, Egypt, Iraq, and Syria, are people that hate the US and would shout death to America without provocation. Why give aid to nations that hate you? The BBC reported that Nigerians in many northern states celebrated the September 11 attack. The US is Begining to learn that you can never buy friendship and some people's friendship isn't worth having.

So china and Russia are not benefiting from these countries abi? Yet you no fit see them giving aids to countries other than loans which they know you can't pay back. Strategies and policies differ. You just mentioned China giving out loans that's their own strategy. Russia also does same with mostly giving military hardware support etc.

Powerful countries put their interest first oga. Do you think you can become a Chinese citizen in china? Do you think you can own a landed property in china? Go read these things and decide for yourself if China isn't also into self interest. Russia those ones are earthly thugs all they do is gain from you and give you mindset of becoming a war lover.
