Site Managers (Abuja & Enugu)
Reporting to: General Manager of Operation

Role Overview:
The Site Manager will manage daily operations at the respective facility, focusing on vehicle conversions, customer service, and staff coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:
Supervise vehicle conversions and refuelling operations, ensuring daily targets are met.
Coordinate with the Technical Manager to schedule maintenance and repairs.

Customer Relations:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and complaints promptly.
Promote services to attract more clients and expand the customer base.

Resource Management:
Monitor inventory levels for parts, tools, and CNG supplies, and coordinate reordering as needed.
Ensure the site is adequately staffed to meet operational demands.

Reporting and Compliance:
Maintain records of daily activities, including vehicle conversions and CNG sales.
Ensure site compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/HND degree or equivalent experience in operations or business management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in site management or a related role.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
