They have taken over Zambia economy because they couldn't pay back loans. Their police now employs Chinese.

Their construction companies also execute their projects from where precious minerals are stolen without Government knowing. Presently they are stealing lithium, copper ore, bauxite from Akwa Ibom to China. They discovered those minerals after CECC did a road construction there.
