Even two penalties in the final
Messi played 6 or 5 penalty in the world and that alone can win a competition.
Analyze.
One penalty can qualify you for 16 rounds
For example. When a team draw their two first matches and win the third with a penalty that is 5 points.
Round 16 also won with one penalty making 2 penalties.
Quaterfinal won with another penalty that makes it 3 penalty.
Semi final won with a penalty that makes it 4
Final won with another penalty making 5.
They even had 6 penalty and that was enough to qualify them

You don't hear Messi speak because he can't speak English he even spent 20 years in Spain yet he can't speak Spanish. Something Ronaldo can do.

Messi never dared what Ronaldo did. CR7 went to Spain where Messi was a king and competed against him winning the champions league 3 consecutive times no club ever won it back to back.
Ronaldo won almost all the Golden boot award while he was in Spain.

Whether dead or alive or even in the future, Ronaldo will remain the closest thing to be compared to messi , his hardwork puts him in that position, that’s why he has 5 ballon d’or and messi has 7.
Both have paid their dues, it takes a special player to have 3 ballon d’or

Ronaldo is happy he played against messi on the pitch and saw that messi’s craft all the time is beyond hardwork, it’s nothing beyond godlike.

If Messi trained extremely like Ronaldo did, he would’ve been banned from playing football because many will assume he uses drugs or he’s not human. That’s why he remained in the level that will accommodate human understanding.

Remember that Ronaldo this is his best, this is all he could achieve from his extreme training and being focused.

Ronaldo has paid his dues and remains a complete footballer but he’s not equal to Messi. If not because of blasphemy, Messi is two letters away from Messiah

If Messi raises the bar, Ronaldo won’t dare no matter how much he trains, he only enjoyed the game for peace to rain and so that everyone can be happy.

I prefer Ronaldo being a Manchester United fan but Messi is surely ~~there amongst~~ the greatest.

1. Ronaldo is a more complete goalscorer but never a more complete footballer.
Scoring prowess with the head, the chest and both feet makes you a complete goalscorer not necessarily a complete player.

2. Ronaldo is a higher goalscorer but never a better goalscorer.
Scoring less than 60 goals ahead of Messi but with over 150 games more (including tons of penalties), makes you a higher goalscorer not necessarily a better goalscorer.
