This is crude ignorance. Shari'ah is Islamic jurisprudence, got nothing to do with Usman Dan Fodio.

As he wrote books on Shari'ah so we have thousands of Yoruba Islamic scholars that did.

Whatever anyone will write, it'll only be according to what has already been explained and prescribed in the Quran as Shari'ah law.
