Why? because a part of CR7's game people always forget ... I repeat "People always Forget" are his assist numbers ... the top 10 players with assists ever in the Game, CR7 is right there.

Now for the highest goal scorer ever to have those assist numbers speaks about an aspect of his game.


FYI for 4 straight seasons Karim Benzema missed the most chances when CR7 provided assists that had high XG's ... the stats are there to be seen. Had it been Benzema was like a Suarez, CR7's numbers would have been right up there close to Messi... we are talking about a goal scorer here. FYI Luis Suarez is a big contributor to Messi's assist numbers, because he was clinical in Front of goal.

There are many aspects of CR7's games that are also not appreciated, like having a very low offside ratio despite his high offense.

Other great players would have achieved their records but they prefered to play along with team and not chasing individual's record.
