Cancer was largely unheard of in Nigeria and Africa several decades ago.

It's becoming part of our health issues along with several weird diseases... We can agree or disagree, but the fact remains that we need to go back to natural lifestyles.

The following need to stop:

- Consumption of junk and chemically processed foods
- Bleaching and other stupid cosmetic activities
- Cooking and eating from artificial containers like plastics instead of leaves.
- Eating less plant-based foods and consuming more of imported processed meals. This is not wealth, it is stupidity. We should eat what we grow.
- Abandoning traditional black native soap and sponges for artificial chemical based ones.
- Reduced exercises and manual work like farming and outdoor work.
- High Consumption of alcoholic beverages and smoking of all forms of chemicals
- Addiction to electronic devices

The list is inexhaustible...!
