This is not about the system, the system in this case was right, due process was followed.

He was the stupid one, imagine calling someone that left you in prison a friend because of 80k. When he knew he wasn't the one that stole anything.

If you know your friend is questionable in character or a cultist cut off your friendship with him and avoid dining with him/her to avoid being mistaken as a target or being a collateral damage.

Why do something tells me that God may have allowed him to experience this in order to protect him from something worse .

Some people can be very unlucky in life, but it's still better than jungle justice.
You were taking to court, and court granted you bail, not the fault of the court, that you couldn't fulfill the conditions

The judgement was fair, sometimes is about the intention.
How could you go to someone house and took away his sleepers, someone you don't..
