Guys, I want you to cut this woman some slack, and I’ll explain what’s going on with her and why she is the way she is, based on my experience. I have worked with white people, Africans, and immigrants from other countries for the past 16 years. Each time, I’ve always preferred having a white boss when working abroad over other immigrants. Hear me out, people, before you come for my neck with a noose. I like working with everyone, but I prefer having a white boss when I’m abroad. My experience with African bosses is that they tend to overdo things. They push you harder to justify to their superiors that they deserve the position. It’s almost like a form of inferiority complex. They tend to push harder than other teams to prove themselves and validate their positions. I’ve worked with Black people, North Africans, and Lebanese individuals, and the case is the same. People from developing countries, when given positions of authority abroad, often work harder than their white counterparts to prove they’re just as capable. Meanwhile, their white counterparts are usually more relaxed and confident, not feeling the need to prove anything. Now, let’s talk about Kemi—a Black African woman in a leadership position never before occupied by any Black person in a predominantly white country. She will consciously or unconsciously try to overwork or take extreme measures to prove herself to the white people who hold power in their country. In the coming days, Kemi will likely take tougher stances against minority groups as an attempt to distance herself from other Black people and immigrants, trying to prove her loyalty and competence to her superiors. She’s essentially screaming: "Hey, guys, I’m close to the whites!" "I’m not like those other Black people!" "I work harder and better than them!" "I’m even married to a white person!" "Look, my kids are biracial—I’m not like other Black people or immigrants!" It can come across as virtue signaling and may resemble the proverbial “Uncle Tom” behavior. I’ve observed similar patterns among Africans who hold leadership positions in predominantly white countries. They often come down harder on fellow immigrants working under them. But do you know what white people think of these individuals? The same as they think of Africans back in Africa. Kemi is making all these outlandish statements to prove to white people that she’s different from other immigrants. But eventually, she’ll be removed from that position and will never become the Prime Minister of the UK. In fact, the main reason her party lost is because many people in the UK dislike having immigrants as leaders. The UK dislikes the Labour Party so much, yet they would still prefer a Labour candidate over someone like Rishi Sunak or Kemi Badenoch. Kemi is unconsciously working very hard to justify herself as a Black woman, and she will continue doing this for the rest of her life abroad. The only way to climb up is to continuously put down immigrants and dissociate herself from them as much as possible. "Hey, whitey, even though I am not white, I am way different from those people"

I noticed the same thing with KC Madu when he was elected Justice minister in Alberta. Dude started acting white, talked like whites. Even had to replace his Igbo names with KC to be accepted by them. Where is he today? He is no longer in position of leadership and even fighting not to lose his law license after being used and dumped. |

Aunty is fighting to be PM of her country and has their interests as dictated by the citizens to look after. Nigerians let us face our corner and stop disgracing ourselves. |
| Re: Kemi Badenoch - A case study in inferiority complex by Nnamdipapa(op): 4:56pm On Feb 06, 2025 |
coolitempa:Aunty's will never be PM in the UK. She is even more disliked than Rishi Sunak. I am not asking for her to care about about the opinions of Nigeria, I am attempting to explain to Nigerians the rationale behing her actions. Aunty does not realize she is regarded a second class citizen in the UK like most of us dual-passport careers. |

Kemi is a typical example of a house nigger... Always very ready to throw her kind under the bus just to please her slave master and curry favour..!! |

Nnamdipapa:She owes you no explanations. Nigeria is just one out of almost 200 countries that will be affected by UK immigration policies. |

Floky215:Unfortunately, in a white environment and a conservative politician, she has to throw people under the but to advance, Blacks or fellow immigrants. |

coolitempa:Ok. I think we are having a little bit of a comprehension issue going on here. Is there anything part of my write-up that is remotely suggestive of me asking for explanations from Kemi? |

For those that don't understand her, you will never understand anything. She is doing what are constituency wants. We should focus on how our country country will be better than London. Right now people are tired of seeing people that don't have same way of thinking as them, I'm like them, tired of seeing Fulani people destroy my community. Again we should be ashamed that she is becoming something she couldn't be in her father land, I know some of you don't I do its embarrassing. She is married to a British, so I don't know why we get angry at her. |

Nnamdipapa:Kemi is different from other immigrants? She is not an immigrant! She was born in the UK, a British citizen. She migrated from no where |
| Re: Kemi Badenoch - A case study in inferiority complex by Nnamdipapa(op): 5:30pm On Feb 06, 2025 |
gidgiddy:Thanks for pointing that out. On the minds of most white voters, she is the one and same as other black immigrants as long as she has the skin. Even Obama with a white mother still got similar treatments in the US. Conservative Party will never win a majority seat in the UK as long as Kemi remains the leader. Her constituents do not have the power to make her a PM. |

Nnamdipapa:Exactly my point bro. Your first few paragraphs says it all, I understand what you meant and I've had a similar discussion with my fellow Nigerians over this a couple of times and I have as well experienced what you outlined above, I've worked with blacks and whites at the helm of affairs and believe me, it's more relaxing working with whites at the helm of affairs than blacks. It's just as you've pointed it in fact I had an altercation with one black lady in my place of work regarding this attitude because she was the team lead that day and i saw how she treated her fellow blacks simply because she was trying to please whites just because of the COS dey promised to give her, it's so annoying that our colleagues who are white will not get things done properly but it is us who are her fellow blacks she would put the blame on till I gave her a piece of me on that day. It's a full blown inferiority complex and that's what Kemi is suffering from but people do not understand, she's more like a lamb in the midst of lions but at the end they will dessert her. No matter what she does, it will never wash away the colour of her skin neither will it change the fact that she's black. She will be used and that's it but will never achieve what's making her toll this line of reasoning. |

LEGALSER:Thank you. I thought I was the only one observing this trend. It was even worse when I had an Egyptian as a boss. With the whites, I was given four months off work with pay just to reduce my stress level. |

Nnamdipapa:Kemi Badenoch winning or not winning will not put one Naira in the pocket of any Nigerian. Her job is to lead the Conservative Party according to the party wishes, and not the wishes of Nigerians or any non British |

slimfit1:Ashamed for what? There are women senators and deputy governors in Nigeria. We even have women as first ladies to president's. We have women entrepreneur and billionaires in Nigeria. Why exactly so you think we should be ashamed because of Kemis achievements. Are you an uncle tom apologist by any chance? |
