I am a christian, a minister in my church. My mother is a muslim. I sponsor her to hajj. buy her Ileya RAM every year. When its time for God to call her home and we want to divide her property. If there is disagreement among us the children (3 muslims and 2 christians) are we going to use Sharia?

We have Sharia Courts in Kwara State for many decades now, and I have never heard of introduction of Sharia Law in the State.

Importantly the Sharia Court is for willing Muslims who want Sharia Court to handle their case, if a Muslim doesn't want anything to do with Sharia Court he is free to explore every other court.

Oman
Jordan
Syria...Sharia law since 1973.
Kuwait
United Arab Emirates is governed by sharia law except foreigners who are allowed to use civil law.
