USAID is UNITED STATES AGENCY for International Development.

It is not Nigerian Agency for Nigerian Development.

It is US money. Not Nigerian money. All that has been happening with these programs is enrichment of contractors and top management of the partners.

So where are all the underaged voters and out-of-school children coming from with all the billions of dollars poured into those states for decades?
