May be it is the 'Mbata effect' but several Igbos Indigenous to areas outside the South East are aspiring for various positions within Ohanaeze Youth Council. They Include-

Isioma Enebeli, from Ndokwa in Delta State

Friday Ayogu, from Nokwa Avrugo in Kogi State

Augustina Chukwurah, from Asaba, Delta State

Azuka Okah Etumudon, from the Igbo speaking people of Igbanke, Edo State

Adaku Anusiem, an Ikwerre woman from Rivers State

Christie Obiagaeri Idagherebe, from Omoku Rivers State

Elections to be held tomorrow, Feb 8th.

them say igbos are just in 5 states in Nigeria mocking the Igbo tribe now the igbos are uniting and people are scared them no know how large the Igbo tribe is I am proud Igbo man from delta state and the youth have woken up to unite with one another

Igbo are one, our people in below states will never be left behind; kogi (Abaji e.g Idoko), Benue (Ado lga), Edo (Igbanke), Cross rivers (Isobo), Rivers, Delta Igbos are one.

Anyone that doubt about the Igbo in Delta is either daft or deceitful.

Most Onitsha, Ogbaru, Ugwuta trace their origin to delta part of Igbo and are all the same.

Onitsha villages trace their link/origin to delta and before we exist in Delta area, we crossed over from Omambala (Anambra) side and settle there and the migration continues down to Asaba over to Onitsha, Oguta in Imo and Rivers state (Ndoni e.tc).

We have Umu Dei village in Onitsha, when you go to Agbor you will also see Dei descendants. My village Umuikem crossed over from Iselle uku and Ikem already exists in Nando (Anambra state) and all the ikem are same and are known as spiritual head/native doctor priests
