Me sef I’m in a dilemma. I got paramilitary offer last week and I’m in training school for a bank job now too(full staff). I’m finding it hard to choose cos it’s a thing of low pay and free time vs high pay and less free time. I don think the matter tire on which to forfeit

You see that money, it is 90% what bring the peace of mind that everyone is talking about. And bank can give you ×3 of paramilitary.
I have a friend that leave marketing as ET to Immigration, he is now regretting after 2 years and struggling to come back. I have numerous case with lecturers that are dying to come back. Government jo will gill your moral and productivity, you will feel redundant. Forget the extra time everyone is talking about, where is the capital that you will do the business in the extra time, where is the conducive environment.

Take it from some body that leave civil service and go to bank, I never regret that. Infact I am glad I did. Know your ways in the bank and sky will be your limits. By the time you will be earnings 1m/ month, your colleague in paramilitary are struggling with 300k for same years spent. And you have also good health, insurance, NHF,pension which you will easily access after retirement unlike civil servants.

I currently work at a bank and I want to run away. Many people from my dept want to also run away. The job is so stressful and we do not earn much. I prefer a Gov job that gives me time because I am even a family woman to begin with. Its crazy having to wake up around 4.30am and I am leaving my home around 6.40am. Honestly, the stress is so much. Banking job is good for singles that can manage stress and not for a family woman that has so much stress from family and other wise.

Under my nose, someone's employment was terminated. My work environment is also very toxic. I gave no peace. The salary for some are OK but the stress na mad.. if u can cope with the stress and you are able to manage working for a few years, u can go for it. Bank job is not secured. You can be sacked anytime.

A Director that recently retired frm 1 agency like that cld barely pay rent in Abuja, he had to go bck to Mararaba (Nasarawa state), 2yrs to his retirement, he bought a duplex in Maitama & sent his 3 Children to Poland.
So, also I've a senior man that resigned frm Zenith who had the mind to do what it takes & fetch what he can frm the pot😊

A friend of mine reject a federal job although he already started banking job then evening good salary but he was dismissed by bank not only him it affects some of his colleagues too now he's in Lagos working in private company that pays 120k per month.. he's regretting rejecting the federal job slot.....he was given National hajj commission then through his father's friend who's highly connected unfortunately the person that offered him job slot then is no more in power again because he has traveled out of the country with his wife and three children

The bank pays double of what paramilitary pays for training school graduates and that money is really entering my eyes. Paramilitary wins in all other aspects

Personally, I just despise bank jobs. Especially these commercial banks. It has nothing 2 do with stress. I just absolutely dislike it

Please, is the monthly take home salary of a Principal Manager in BOI upto 2.5 Million Naira?

My brother I don't know senior manager ooooo but level 9 equivalent u won't regret working in the place,I was with a friend last year and alert of my christmax enter and I said waoooooo my money landed and I shown him ,behold before we departed the same day he received times 3 of what i got from my place of work. Level9 upfront is above 4M,honely they have beautiful and juicy allowances and a better salary which I am sure is more than 3.5m per annum.salary alone for level 9 equivalent that I know oooooooo.

view noticed.then u can now write to them of completion then if they like they might consider but most agencies won't except higher institution. Changing or transfer.my humble self did transfer though that was after I gain appointments then,I now transfer my appointment from fed.university.

It used to be 93k. But I heard it was increased to about 140k sometime last year. I’m not very sure about the increase tho but for the 93k, it’s 100% confirmed

So this masters fit no even count after person don resume. I can see why people are saying people get redundant in FG work. And I don Dey plan say I go elevate quick because I don almost finish my MSc. It is well sha, thanks Boss

Concerning the transfer, how often or possible do you think it is that a paramilitary personnel transfers to other agencies especially maybe revenue generating agencies or top places?
I’ll be soo grateful for your replies.
