Dentists in the house, what is this? I'm also experiencing excruciating pains on the tooth right below it. I could feel its roundish shape and for some reason I can't anymore. Like it burst or something. Pic is before I stopped feeling it. Before you ask me to visit the Dentist, reread my username. It is no joke. I have tried otc painkillers but the pain just keeps getting worse. Scale of 1-10, I would put it on a strong 7 and 9.5 after chewing on the other side of my jaw. Help!!
