Double mouthed man.... Same person who was attacking the ruling party and after defecting to the party, he now sees opposition party as a problem forgetting all sense of reality. He's desperate looking for political relevance & join the trail of corrupt leaders. We still have a long way to go in this country.
Are you sure you understood what he said?

When Tinubu leave office, he will discover that one party politics is detrimental to Nigerian democracy. None of them ever gets it right when they are in the office. They always assume that they would rule forever. Power is transient. He will soon discover the truth
One party politics worked for China and Singapore though

When has bribery become legitimate? IS bribery to a tune of 50 million now legal? This man needs mental evaluation or probably he's looking to be adopted back to the evil and criminal party, APC, that is impoverishing Nigerians?

You miss the point. Kenneth Okonkwo is saying the truth. Politics in Nigeria is not about ideology, but stomach infrastructure. If there's no willing receiver. There would be no giver and consequently no enabler of destabilization of the opposition.

It is folly to speak of what you are not sure of and which is untrue.
He has not defected to the ruling party.

Nigerians hate truth he spoke the truth why will opposition collect money to distabilize its own party it shows they have nothing to offer an have looked all state ruled by Lp NNPC and pdp morning different is happening so I see change of party has change of face
That is the problem of the masses, they will not attack the message but the messenger. Those who when in labour party used to be their fan because he left and they know he said the truth but will still want to call him names. If opposition party leaders who said they want change from the current government but still collect the offer if true then they are not also good just wanted power at all cost. Apc was in opposition and we all saw how they put Jonathan and Pdp government to their toes. The now opposition party are not ready.

Peter Obi? 50m??
Do you really know who Peter Obi is?

Do you know his worth financially?

Tinubu can do anything to grab power. He knows how to grab power, but lacks the skills to rule and make things right. I'm sure Tinubu will soon entice this basketmouth Kenneth okonkwo with the same 50m, and he will go back to his vomit,,, politicians are all the same.
But wait if by tomorrow Obi go back PDP by virtue of realignment would you also comments he went back to his vommit?

Kenneth Okonkwo rather than denying the allegation against the opposition parties chose to blame them for being gluttonous and willing bribe-receivers.

One can therefore infer that the allegation is true.

He went further to defending the ruling APC for being ingenious by offering "carrots" to the willing bribe-takers (PDP, LP and, perhaps, the NNPP).

By implication, they should have rejected the bribe instead of accepting it.

Hence, he said he cannot fault the bribe-givers (the APC).

Chai!

Opposition in disarray!

Double wahala for deadi bodi and the owner of deadi bodi!

He said the truth. If the ruling gave 50m to some members of the opposition, that means two parties were involved. You can crucify the giver and leave the receiver.

Pls tell us that person who has the ability to rule Nigeria and can take bold reforms to reposition the country. Some of you think Nigeria is a country that is so easy to govern where we have diverse interests, ethnic divisions and religious divisions. Any small policy from the leader will be viewed with suspicion from any region in the country.

Re: Why I Will Never Blame Tinubu For Crisis In Opposition Parties - Kenneth Okonkwo by numericalguy(m): 11:18am On Feb 09, 2025
Atiku is silly for blaming the ruling party for the problems he caused. Atiku was the one that acted selfish which resulted in the creation of the G5 and the NEW PDP. Maybe ruling party capitalised on their flaws but the problem of PDP is more internal than external.

It is a failure on the opposition to allow the ruling party to destroy them. However, most of the problem of the opposition are self imposed

Take PDP for instance, the ruling party was not responsible for the creation of the G5 neither was the ruling party responsible for the Iyacha Ayu not stepping down and allowing party chairman to go to the South.
