How many States in Nigeria has achieved free basic education?
Ekiti has some of the best public schools in terms of infrastructure in Nigeria. Do you even know the road that leads to that state?
I know the road that leads to glorified ghetto Lagos where Tinubu and his successors are increasing revenue from the masses but they have failed to equally increase the ratio of public schools.

Ratio of public to private schools in Lagos State is one to 22 ― Commissioner
September 4, 2022

The Lagos State government has said the ratio of public to private schools at both primary and secondary school levels in the state is one to 22.

The state’s Commissioner for Education, Mrs Folasade Adefisayo, gave the revelation in her remark at the 2022 edition of the Total School Support Seminar Exhibition (TOSSE) held at Oregun in Ikeja between Thursday and Friday.

I'd like to know your answer to that question since you already seem to think SW has the highest out of school children in Nigeria.
Ekiti State built cargo airport majorly for agricultural purposes, but you're here asking about free education.
Re: Ekiti Airport Receives First Commercial Flight by legitnow1: 4:57pm On Feb 09, 2025

If you’re not a propagandist then point out where I said that the southwest has the HIGHEST out of school children.

I asked a public funds prioritisation question.
Re: Ekiti Airport Receives First Commercial Flight by opes: 4:58pm On Feb 09, 2025
Akure Airport is closer, nothing bad in both states sharing it. Just like Osun when they can share with Ibadan and use the money for Agricultural development in the state. Not a priority in my view.

I don't care what you think about Lagos. I bet your State is worse off. I wonder why that doesn't bother you.
Again, where's the road to Ekiti State for you to start mentioning free education in relation to cargo airport?

They're supposed to be using the Lagos airport instead of building cargo airport for an agro state like Ekiti? Such a WEEDsdom
Re: Ekiti Airport Receives First Commercial Flight by Zenret84: 5:10pm On Feb 09, 2025
I doubt that...ABUAD is there and also the Multi system hospital of same ABUAD is another reason why the airport will compete with Akure airport. Top guns that prefer home patronize the hospital very very well.

Ekiti airport....I hope this won't turn to cow grazing field. How viable is it?Except Abuja to Lagos flight will stop over in Ekiti to onboard one or two passengers in Ekiti, may be once a month.I doubt any line will take such financial risk.

THE WICKEDNESS WE HAVE SEEN IN THIS NIGERIA FROM YORUBA PEOPLE, IT IS ONLY GOD THAT WILL JUDGE THE FOR IT.
It's Inbuilt bad belle, what ekiti needs now is toilets ,plenty toilets so they can start learning 21st century living and stop drinking shit from the village stream
Re: Ekiti Airport Receives First Commercial Flight by Mathewrichard99: 5:27pm On Feb 09, 2025
I support your thoughts. Ekiti is so bouyant in agro allied resources such as Cocoa, Kolanuts, Cashew etc.....

Come to think of it.....just two days ago Mr Sowore said that the building of the airport was a conduit pipe for siphoning money of the Ekiti people by Fayemi while he was the governor. He also said that a mosquito can't even land at the airport talk less of an aeroplane......I think he would swallow his words back now and apologize to Fayemi.......

.
Judolisco:
Some people won't like dis news grin an agro airport is needed in Ekiti state to transport it's agricultural goods abroad.... Ekiti people should be happy

Their won't be passengers on this route. Ask Yobe State and Ebonyi state how far? How many planes touched down after the inauguration.

AKR in Obalende is just like 55km to Ado Ekiti. To Ikere Ekiti is even closer at 28Km. Need i tell you that AKR hardly see 7k passengers a month?

Why will a thinking Governor build such a white elephant project when there a tons of infrastructure deficit begging for attention?

Just a wasted tax payers money
one of few cargo airports in Nigeria , it's not only for passengers
