When you merge with them as a country, you will realize it takes more than a few KM of railway and electricity to build a country.

Niger Republic has the land mass for massive agriculture, solar farms, abundance of minerals and just a population of 27 million people. Bulk of the land is unused and Nigeria's population is balloonining and in 60 years Nigeria's 300 million population will be more than 1 billion. They will need foot to eat , water to drink , land space for agriculture and habitation
