Rent prices are not making any sense, and who are the people still renting and enabling these greedy agents and landlords? We can’t continue like this. These spaces are too small and plain for these hefty prices. |

It's MADNESS! Madness and GREED. If you ask, they'll tell you it's because of the hike in the cost of building materials. Meanwhile, houses OLDER than Methuselah still want your left kidney as rent. It's MADNESS! The government needs to ELIMINATE all the criminals called agents. And implement some form of price control. That's the ONLY way! Because even if the prices of building materials eventually come down, the GREED of the average Nigerian will guarantee that rent stays UP. 1 Like |

Most of the problem are from those evil agents... Imagine an agent requesting for 100k for agreement and commission on a self con apartment .... Most of the agents will even charge you 3 to 6k before taking you to the vacant apartment... |
