Set Nigeria on fire for Supreme Court upholding rule of law or what?
What nonsense rule of law. By 2027, if Thiefnubuu the mandate thief try nonsense, that's going to be the last time a Yoruba minority Muslim enter Aso rock again. Your tribe will face the consequences for his actions. As for Wike, Ameachi treatment awaits him. Him too go wail like Ameachi is doing right now

Withdrawal of the case at appeal messed the whole thing up, but the key case was not looked into.
He would still have lost

It has been overtaken by events as the matter in question is the 2024 budget, the 2025 budget has already been passed.

At the material time of this issue, Ehie Edison was "Speaker" he isn't anymore and now CoS to the Governor.

It has become academic and is of no moment, the appellant simply withdrew same.

Again, it has nothing to do with the leadership of the house. The write-up is wrong..... This appeal has to do with the re-presentation of the 2024 budget.

cc: baralatie
When is the leadership case coming up? In the eyes of the law, there was no 2024 budget. This is a loss

Ogun State alone has produced more Presidents than your worthless barren sit at home region.
Don't forget your fathers surrendered to one Nigeria.
You are nothing in this country and will never amount to anything.

This thread shows how em pty most Nigerians are.

The case has already been withdrawn, so what is the fuss?

Again, the poster is mischi evous with the headline.

I don't think this case has anything to do with the authenticity of the decamping of the lawmakers from PDP, rather it has more to do with the presentation of the 2024 budget to the other assembly members etc.

What is the implication of this dismissal on Gov. Fubara?
This is what sane minds should try to explain to the general public not dancing around by ignorant folks shouting " we told him".

Where are the Odilis, Ameachis and the likes? Look at what they have pushed fubara into and running to hide in their houses. Fubara, either you like it or yes, you must humble yourself and work with Martin as the authentic speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly.

Awolowo is from Ogun state.

Politically, Ogun State alone has produced more political heavyweights than your entire backwards region put together.

Obasanjo President 2X
Shonekan Head, ING
Osinbajo VP
Diya. VP
Teslim Elias CJN
Adetokunbo Ademola CJN
Dimeji Bankole Speaker FHR

When your 5 worthless states combined can manage to produce a single president, you can reply me. Till then, keep shut and serve Nigerians in silence.

Fubara supporters should rather question the rationale for withdrawing the case in the first place by Fubara s lawyer,Yusuf Ali, rather than putting the blame on the judiciary and President Tinubu.

What follows after this pronouncement by the SC is now left to conjecture but, it promises to be spectacular and dramatic.

Siddon look na dog name!
