They wanted it to cross 2024 before they decided and I am not happy, the Appeal Court and others let it linger.

Just hearing for now..... I will not be surprised if they rule this later this year.

Fubara should just go and re-present the last year's budget and this year's budget before he removes himself or else he will be removed legally. Nigeria constitution state that, there must be rule of law among the 3 arms of government be it Legislative, Executive and Judiciary.

It has been overtaken by events as the matter in question is the 2024 budget, the 2025 budget has already been passed.

At the material time of this issue, Ehie Edison was "Speaker" he isn't anymore and now CoS to the Governor.

It has become academic and is of no moment, the appellant simply withdrew same.

I don't think this case has anything to do with the authenticity of the decamping of the lawmakers from PDP, rather it has more to do with the presentation of the 2024 budget to the other assembly members etc.
