First get paid to withdraw no b p, there are buyers, u can use payoneer or other money agent or fintech to pull ur money

Dont withdraw to your Nigerian bank account directly from Upwork because the rate is low.

Open a Geepay account, they will give you a virtual US bank account, you will put it in your Upwork and withdraw your money to Geepay, their rate is cool.

I use Geepay to withdraw funds..

But make sure the names you use is consistent, any difference in names, the money will bounce back to your Upwork account

Bro, writing Upwork proposal is a skill on its own, you have to learn it well so as to attract potential clients.

I will advise you read and watch videos on YouTube how to write an Upwork Proposal that will get response.
