Two judges have been asked to excuse themselves from this case by Nnamdi Kanu already. This is the third judge he is asking to excuse herself from this case.
So Kanu can keep on asking judges to recuse themselves from his case ad infinitum because of WHAT??
This are just tactics and legalese by Nnamdi Kanu and his charge and bail lawyers to keep this trial from proceeding because Kanu knows the evidence against him is overwhelming and there is no way for him to escape being found guilty and convicted and you and I know the penalty for TREASON.

Justice Nyarko has done the best thing since Kanu had as usual become unruly,barking at the judge,the prosecutors and even his own lawyers. The case needed to be adjourned INDEFINITELY until Kanu decides to purge himself of his contempt and maybe re-engages his lawyers who he claimed to have SACKED in court publicly.

If Kanu wants this case to proceed and he is as bold as his brain dead supporters claim,let him move a formal motion for the judge to be recused from the case so that the case can be assigned to a fourth(4th) judge. But he will not because Kanu does NOT want this case to proceed to its logical conclusion. Just legal gymnastics by Kanu and his team.

Kanu knows he will not get Justice from biased Judges who hate the Biafra he is agitating for. This same Justice Nyako is someone the Supreme court told in their judgment that she should not have revoked Kanu's bail. But she kept it revoked. Kanu won't get Justice in her court, she is too biased. All they want is for the case to go on and they can convict him and throw away the key. It's better for Kanu that this case is postponed indefinitely

In as much as I want Kanu locked up for life , he might be right on this . If the judge already recused herself on record but the chief justice is insisting she continues the case and asking the defendant to formally apply before she can be recused, it means Kanu is right ,The judge is incompetent and emotional . How can a defendant ask you to recuse yourself and you just did without asking the defendant to follow due process ? Instead of her to insist that she remains recused but Kanu’s lawyers should just file the motion so she can officially be off the case , she suspended the case indefinitely . How emotional can you be ?! This is why no one trusts the judicial process in Nigeria

na English be the problem?? Did you read it that he was asked to make a formal application to that effect?? That the one done verbally is not enough to remove the judge. His lawyers know this is standard procedures that's why he was shutting his lawyers up like some small boys. Why is he insisting the case be taken to the south East? U case is against the federal government and Abuja has the jurisdiction to try such.
