I have a question. 6 inches blocks was used for the upper floor of my house . Now I am in a dilemma regarding pipping of the toilets. Is it advisable to do a full conduit piping on the pipe that will send down the toilet waste to the chamber or I should just do an open pipping that is visible all the way to the chamber? Because I am being told that it will require seriously cracking the walls because piping was not made provision for during the decking phase. I don't mind the walls being cracked to conceal the pipes but is it advisable and doable?

Your soil pipe must be 4inches pipe and your plumber must look for way around it to make it possible. The upper floor vent can be reduce to 3 -inches pipe to avoid toilet wall being collapse during the first fix.
The conduit on the decking might be somehow difficult because of the reinforcement on the decking BUT if the house doesn't catiilever it is still achievable., you might need to install some Buckhead during pop installation to cover
some exposed pipes. The pop will do it like a design.

Coring would have been the best but the machine is too expensive and renting per day is about 120k.

Please what is the current cost of screeding per SQM with material?

In the construction environment everything and anything is possible. It's only manpower,finance, the skill set and right tools to do the work.

Please try and respond to this question(s)...

(1) The positioning of the toilets on the up floor on the same position/alignment as that on the ground floor?

(2) Have the toilet waste pipe installed in the wall of the toilets on the ground floor?

Actually the Engr didn’t do bad work by using 6blk for the upper section of the building ,
It’s not a bad practice , infact in most area in eastern region they do construct this way but it’s just advisable to consider 9” Blk for external wall walls in upper part of such structure to accommodate pipe, burglar bars etc c easily.
As it’s the conduit piping system can still be achieved but it will required some wall chiseling by a good plumber to do this, All the vent pipe will be smaller diameter pipe like 75mm size.
