In 15 weeks he would have spent 24 months in power. There is very little he can point to in the form of real progress made. All the bravado surrounding his big ticket tax legislation seems to have evaporated. What now happens to that law (as intended in its original form) is anybody's guess.

Just like Buhari, BAT seems to have been completely unprepared for the grinding, gruelling work of getting a broken country back on its feet. A Minister is guided by Policy of a President, that is in the past, so let us set that aside, his role in AfDB and the friendships he has cultivated all over the world comes with wisdom that requires owning a country to test-out on.
