I'm not Lawyer, but if a defendant no longer has confidence in the judge trying him, he can ask that another judge take over the case

Upon all the gragra in the court, the judge still adjoined the case indefinitely; the terrorist should adjourn the case to next week by himself if he is sure. The terrorists will eat enough beans in the prison.

This same Justice Nyako is someone the Supreme court told in their judgment that she should not have revoked Kanu's bail. But she kept it revoked. Kanu won't get Justice in her court, she is too biased. All they want is for the case to go on and they can convict him and throw away the key. It's better for Kanu that this case is postponed indefinitely

My advice to Ndigbo. No need being unnecessary emotional. We should rather do something effective. The only person on earth now that can free Nnamdi Kanu and free us from our numerous enemies is Trump. So I suggest, we all should tag all Trump social media handles until he pay attention to our cry and sufferings. Imagine if 10million people tag him on fb and twitter? It will be a done deal

Read the report again. Nyako reclused herself but the Chief judge retuned the file to her requesting that Kanus prayer be filed via a motion that will be discussed by the court....simple.

All he needed to do was to allow the proceedings to continue and the motion filed formally. He insisted that so long as the woman had reclused herself based on his oral request, she had no jurisiction again. But the procesures for such is that the Chief judge will determine if that was appropriate or not and the Chief judge said No. So Nyako and Kanu had to work together to formalise the request as per the chief judge's request. Even the woman is tired of the case but she just had to follow the Chief judge's request.

In the video clips, you could hear his lawyers trying to control him from his meaningless vituperations and rantings that were digging him in deeper into trouble.

Due to his stupidity, he did not know that he had formally sacked his lawyers by a pronouncement to the judge when she asked him of he was willi g to take over from his lawyers. The guy is too dumb abeg. Any alaigbo considering this one as a leader has missed road long time ago.

Either his advisers are not telling him the truth because of their gains from the continuation of the case or Kanu himself is stupidly recalcitrant to objective reasoning.

I am hoping that the court make an example of him for disruptive behavior. If everyone continues to shout on judges in court, then our judicial system will be destroyed. The court is a place where everyone must show humility. President Tinubu had stool trial, Buhari went to testify in court 2 weeks ago. They didn't disrupt proceeding, nor accused the court of illegality. There is an appeal court and Supreme court stages available for Kanu to exercise his right, but in his over bloated ego and characteristics mannerlessness which he has employed to set up IPOB-ESN terrorist organization, he has continued to toe the line of self destruction.
