When you cut staff at agencies that safeguard air traffic and safety. When you cut staff at traffic control because you claim they are DEI and remaining people work in a mentally unsafe, toxic environment where they are doing longer shifts, taking overtime to cover the headcount shortfall accidents are bound to happen.
