Stop the stereotype abeg. I am not one of those who use TV and stand to measure wealth. No truly educated person should either

You'll need a good SAN to come argue in your favour that you don't have money o because we no go believe you😆
One good deal or even a job with a fair salary can get you this setting.

During Buhari's time, an experienced carpenter can set this up for less than 300k. That TV there assuming it's a smart TV is about 65 inches. As at 2022, you'd get it between 250-300k for brand new.

So let's just say the total cost is 600k. It's still within the affordable range for an average person.

It's Tinubu's administration that made things like these seem like a big deal. Those days, people living in one room self con and one bedroom flat could easily afford AC. Cos fairly used 1hp then was less than 30k.

Today if your friend sees AC in your house he'll start hailing you like someone who lived all his life in an orphanage home.

Tinubu has reduced Nigerians to beggars.

I agree with you OP. That TV no pass 350k for cash and carry here in Ikeja or better still you go Alaba and buy it 250k, non-testing. Then the rest na pako and fancy lighting.
