All Ndigbos forum now have been how tinubu have freed igboho but not their terrorist Kanu! But as the bravest tribe in Nigeria, I was thinking obi will summon ndigbo youths to at least protest his incarceration but lo and behold, the fear of tinubu a Yoruba man ,’is the beginning of wisdom for the Ndigbos, they realise that if they dare make any attempt, they will be grounded to powder in no time , so this beg this question! WHY ARE THE IGBOS AFRAID OF THE YORUBAS? |
| Re: Are Yorubas Really Afraid Of These People? by Benwallt(m): 2:40pm On Feb 12, 2025 |
Yes o. We Yorubas fear them because they have two heads, four arms, six legs, 10 eyes and 16 priks. Igbos and inferiority complex and senseless are disturbing. |

Pelicanbrief:So, this is your own definition of being emasculated? How about being outsmarted so much that you can no longer control your own destiny like the Ibos are? It was a very educated Ibo man who accepted to serve as a ceremonial head of state ceding real power to a less qualified Fulani. |

How can we be scared of a tribe we sent packing at osogbo in 1840s. Fulani have been living in our land for centuries but they got emboldened by Buhari regime who refused to prosecute them and gingered them to keep destroying farms and killing people |

Even on one to one interaction in lagos island , alaba arago axis and I keep wondering what spell have these guys on these son of the soils, they can’t even look them in the face while talking and I was observing the two , the fulanis massacred the igbos from the 1940s with the active connivance of the British but the Yorubas picked the deeply ingrained paralyzing fear of the fulanis , I heard that during the civil war , the Yorubas wanted to do any how , the fulanis called them one side and said they will build a passage from apapa warf to the north and will break down every build 3 miles both sides and till today 2025 they have never heard from yorubas |

JagabanBorgu:Continue deceiving yourselves. Yoruba and Fulani are one. Was that not the mantra that your cocaine sniffing vegetable sang during the election? Your obas bowing down to petty Fulani emirs that don't even have levels in the emirate structure. Fulani's forbidding you people from practicing your traditions on your own land, and let's not forget the latest, the introduction of sharia in yoruba land, and the only problem that you have keeping you awake are the Igbo people? |

christejames:Do you really think that having a few agbero and touts terrorizing hard-working people is a testament of strength? If the time came for you Ijebu people to band together, form a paramilitary confederacy and defend your lands against marauding Fulani(with the possibility that you may loose your life) will you stand up like a man, or will you run away like a coward? I ask because this is precisely the question that you're about to be faced with. Now they're talking about introducing sharia in yoruba land and guess who's pulling the strings behind the scenes on that one? We Igbos have nothing to worry about. They try us all the time and they always leave Igboland in a coffin. These days they're a lot more cautious when they are in Igbo land. |

Pelicanbrief:Wow! When did kidnapping, killing and raping same thing as behaving themselves in the east? Or have you been living under the cave for millenia? Like a typical Ipob member, you suffer from pathological ignorance and engage extreme projection. Let me briefly school you on why using your environment to judge is the wrong approach. You have a human god(Kanu/Ekpa), Yoruba have no such and have never did. And contrary to your belief, Tinubu is not considered a god to be defended by the average Yoruba person. You believe in noise, Yoruba people believe in results. The real topic of your thread is why is it that you get attacked when you and your goons criticize Tinubu but Elrufai does the same and get away with it. That is essentially when you are in deep pain but you can't directly ask due to shame. Instead of asking directly, you instead adopt a superiority facade. Well, the reason is simple, you are politically useless to Tinubu, that is why Tinubu's supporters attacks you while avoiding conflict with Elrufai. If you politically switch position with Elrufai, you will also be "feared" by Tinubu's crews while you are useful. So, such difference in response has nothing to do with fear, hate, love, respect or envy or what have you. It is just politics. An average Yoruba person do not fear any body or group. Don't confuse your society with others. |

They have been slaves all their life.Igala to Ijaw to being Nigerians slaves Nobody takes Igbo slaves serious. What will Nigerians' slaves say or do that goes beyond looking at his chain and cursing the day he was born? Yorubas have never been slaves to any African. We have had Hausa/Fulani who were slaves in Oyo Empire. We have had Igbos who were slaves to Igala,Ijaw,Benin/Yoruba people. There is this permanent trait of slavery/slavishness in their blood. Hausa/Fulani had the British privilege of becoming the first govt because of their perceived mumuness. Yoruba as warriors and Empire owner like Britain,China etc didn't go crawling to become slaves like the Igbos whom, though more educated, became the vassals of the Hausa/Fulani,thinking that they are mumu that they can overcome but they were suysnised like what they actually have always been. Without being in govt and because of their superiority,Yorubas (and Yorubaland) became the richest, most progressive, most developed people not only in Nigeria but the black world. Yorubas are a superior tribe not only in Nigeria but Africa and the world because they control (in the black people's world)..Music,Movies,Education, Business both in Africa and the world as blacks. They have oil, ports, custom,VAT etc which the Igbos will go extinct if Yorubas don't 'feedbottle' them for just a couple of months. All Nigerians know that Yorubas are the everlasting pillar and brainbox of Nigeria. Yoruba are a very intelligent race. They have watched Hausa/Fulani and seen that they don't run their mouths like Igbos. They have been very careful.Reason Yorubas have let them be even as slavish Igbos have tried everything foolish to make them clash. A few Yoruba have talked negatively about Hausa/Fulani but they have gotten very timid reply. Yorubas are the only people that have defeated Hausa/Fulani in politics and in wars. Yorubas control the jugular of the economy of Nigeria both in Nigeria here and abroad. They are the slave masters.Nobody else. They fear nobody but respects everybody who respect themselves. Igbos bow for everybody.Nobodyvwill bow for a slave. Nobody wants a slave as President ![]() Fulani bowing and begging Yoruba.

Pelicanbrief:Lol. Is this why the entire universe saw only Yorubas leader speaking and acting when Buhari, by commission or omission, turned the entire Southern Nigerian into a Fulani herdsmen killing field? You are IPOB. Go and confirm how your leaders hid under their bed petrified during that period, with only Yoruba leaders having the balls to defy Buhari and Malami, to appreciate those who are cowards, I.e Igbo leaders, and "men who are not like men"according to Bianca Ojukwu. When all Yoruba leaders United to fight Fulanis and Buhari in 2020, as shown below, to then win and carry the day, where were your Igbo leaders during that period? Silly instigator from the biggest cowardly majority ethnic group in the entire Africa dey try to gaslight. History shames only you Igbos as those scared of Fulanis and their slaves. https://www.vanguardngr.com/2020/01/were-furious-with-fgs-opposition-to-amotekun-yoruba-leaders/

Ofemannnu:God bless you. Igbos are cowards and slaves the Yorubas will always own plus give life and direction to. Nairaland males who have balls should forget all the mischief and long talk. We are not gossiping females. Let us do facts. Proper men look at those who act and stand up to be counted when their nation, home and way of life is threatened. In that regard I need Igbos to show me even once when they have done this ahead of Yorubas in the history of Nigeria. The greatest and most fearless human rights activists and advocates against Tyranny have been Yorubas. Even in recent history, the entire Nigeria hid while Buhari virtually turned Nigeria into a Republic for Fulanis from all across Nigeria to visit lawlessness on unchecked and unrestrained . Nothing indicates the cowardice of Igbos more than how their leaders hid in that period while Yoruba leaders fought Buhari and Malami to a standstill to deliver Amotekun. It was only after Yorubas had the balls to lead by example and set the precedence with Amotekun that Igbo leaders developed secondary balls to then declare Ebubeagu. Cowardly jokers. For sure this OP, ignorant of reality, wants to be 'owned' on his own thread. That is the only reason he started this foolishness that will only expose and mock Igbos as the cowards and perpetual slaves of the Fulanis. |
