Read my initial post, I'm trying to say people don’t just react that way for no reason, else the person is mentally unstable. It seems like she already had an issue with him before this happened.

UNIZIK cannot afford to give certificate to that girl.

Upon the student refusal, the lecture took matter into his hand, trying to force the phone out of the students hand and that led the student to defend herself.
The student didn't go towards the Lecturer at all, instead the Lecturer walked towards the student in all the drama and started every aspect of the violence that ensued
We must begin to understand that every individual deserves respect and should be treated with dignity.

Fair point. But I don’t think pride alone fully explains her reaction—I believe there’s more to the story. Either way, both of them will be scrutinized before any judgment is passed, that's how the school makes judgement. Either way, she'd definitely be rusticated and her lecturer mum can't do shit. This isn't the first time a lecturers child has been rusticated from the school they teach.

You are very on point, a young man won't dare fo that. Similar thing happened to me, a student dragged my clothes for correcting her and she was later playing victim, that I was the one who assaulted her.

The best Lecturer from Southeast are Females. I did both undergraduates and Postgraduate there.
