Yes, Jesus Christ told His followers right in His Gospel that He is the last of those sent from God. Jesus Christ sounded the warning that He alone is Teach and Shepherd in His Kingdom; Everyone else who comes after Him in His name to you is a false teachers and a false prophet.

Every Christian should be doing deliverance just as every believer should be preaching the gospel.

Jesus did Deliverance as part of His ministry.
