I am a Delta man and i lived in Warri for years. I was born there. The pattern of living there is something beyond how democracy ought to operate. When i attended Delta State University, one time we went to bail a friend and we were told about three boys they caught as suspects in a cult related activities, these small boys of 17 to 19years old were executed at Abraka police station by the then DPO Hassan. It was a dreary Scene. That period reports upon reports of people being executed in the police station became a sensation. No one could talk cos dey fear the then DPO Hassan. Back to Anambra state, a report about Soludo's security outfits that executed three suspects that were unharmed and turned out to be innocent fellow working in a construction site. Even if they were misinformed, are they not supposed to arrest them and submit them to the police to take to court and let the court decides based on evidence ? Lawlessness is the one reason why Nigeria is a hostile environment to live in. Upon the hot sun and suffering, you will still take the lives of people's children. I applaud the likes of Chidinma for running to South Africa. People in Nigeria are too toxic, intolerant, hateful, corrupt and lawless. We even see them online on Nairaland everyday, that's exactly the way people are in this country. I ask again, is it in the constitution for any security to execute suspects without getting verdicts from the court of law ? |

Ringstonermasks:jimoh Hassan? Na my guy oh. He was transfered to oghara as dpo. I think he's now at sapele as dpo in one of the stations.actually, Nigeria no dey execute again, even after court judgement, but, if suspect engages in fisticuffs with an armed policemen upon arrest, even to extent he's threatened, he can fire to defend himself. But if it's true that jimoh Hassan killed them and we didn't hear of any serious protest or complaint from family , just know say their cup don overfull, I mean them don arrest them after committing very violent crimes, after which lawyers bail them again and again, so to stop this once and for all, they shot them dead. I was with Hassan in 2019, when one girl boyfriend kill her, put her inside sack. It was displayed at the station. I have his contact if u need it. Boys dey commit for that zone well we'll. Them go come enter abbi or orogun or obiaruku |

Ringstonermasks:Chapter 4 of the Nigerian constitution gives everyone right to life. Whenever the Nigerian Army or Police execute and unarmed suspect they captured, it is murder. The constitution even mandates everyone to presume a suspect to be innocent, until a competent court pronounces a suspect otherwise Unfortunately, Nigeria is a backward country where laws mean nothing, and impunity resigns supreme To give you an example, just because a Police officer put his knee on George Floyd's neck, and mistakenly killed him, that Police officer was dismissed, charged with second degree murder and sentenced to 22 years in jail. George Floyd's family got millions in compensation If it had been Nigeria, nothing would have happened to the officer |

Creamypie:u are just yabbing incoherently. I said something, u are saying another thing. If u don't av anything to say, stay silent. DPO Hassan was posted to Asaba to act as a Deputy Commissioner of Police... Also, since u av understanding problem, let me break it down for u. I said he executed young boys that they caught and were not tried. I didn't say they were serial robbers, which even doesn't give him D right to decide their fate too. Also, they were multiple protests during him time in Abraka. Almost Everyone in Abraka knows about these things. Those that were able to pay his big bribe were released and the innocent poor ones were executed. Plus, u need to shut up next time u see my trend cos ur IQ is too low and u too dull. u are a very dull person. |

Y not go and protest. Bright edafe is the pro here at asaba. You can as well channel your reservations to him. |
