Personally, I am more concern about the alleged dead bodies that litter the shrine in terms of public health safety, than the genuineness of their charms.

Secondly, I saw videos of kindnappers that were arrested and it turned out that they collected juju from native doctors. Some of them claimed that those juju were done with human parts. I don't think the state is more concern about the genuineness of the charm but the alleged ritual killings and kidnapping involved.
