The government especially the Ministry of Defence is to blame here. As we all know, there are 2 passports, ordinary and diplomatic. Ordinary requires visa but diplomatic does not require a visa. The CDS is supposed to have a diplomatic passport as in other countries. How a whole CDS go get ordinary passport and has to apply for a visa, meanwhile ordinary consular clerks in our embassies have diplomatic passports. Even a common military attache in a Nigerian embassy who is a subordinate to the CDS has a diplomatic passport. How a whole CDS go need to apply for visa? Who does that? 1 Like |

I have written about this and I will keep saying it. Nigeria needs to die, and it is about dying a natural death. When the drum is sounding so loud, it is about breaking. Maybe you all don't understand the meaning of rejecting a whole defence minister. A whole general. The highest ranking security officer of Nigeria. This is the reason the National Security Officer is pained. Yes, it is absolutely disrespectful. And it happens to useless nations. I wrote about this some days ago: Nigeria is a damaged name and we need to split so each region can rebrands itself. Just imagine South African grievance with us too. We will have about 6 new nations with new names, so it is a fresh start for everyone. Nigeria is damaged beyond what we can repair, and the earlier we accept this, the better for everyone. If a whole defence minister can be denied, who am I? If Nigeria does not rebrands itself, the president will soon be denied visas. Mark my words. 3 Likes |
